Welcome to Scout Me Pro, a trading name of Cyco GNMC Holdings Ltd (Company Number: HE458993), a company registered in Cyprus with its registered address at 33 Theklas Lysioti, Dorothea Building, 1st Floor, Office 12, 3030 Limassol, Cyprus. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Scout Me Pro ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Scout Me Pro mobile application, website at scoutmepro.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
1.2 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Certain features or services may be subject to additional terms, which will be presented to you at the time of access. Such additional terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements
3.1 Age Requirements
The Platform is designed for athletes of all ages, including young athletes under 16. The following age-specific requirements apply:
- Users 18 and older: May create an account and use the Platform independently
- Users 16-17: May create an account; parental notification is recommended
- Users under 16: Require verifiable parental or guardian consent before account creation
3.2 Parental Consent for Minors
IMPORTANT: Parental Consent Required
In compliance with COPPA, GDPR, and other child protection regulations, users under 16 years of age may only use the Platform after their parent or legal guardian has provided verifiable consent through our parental consent process.
Parents and guardians who provide consent agree to:
- Supervise their child's use of the Platform
- Be responsible for their child's compliance with these Terms
- Review and manage their child's account through the parental dashboard
- Receive notifications about their child's activity
- Accept full responsibility for any content posted by their child
3.3 Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access

- Athlete Accounts: For individuals showcasing their athletic abilities
- Scout Accounts: For talent scouts, coaches, and recruiters (verification required)
- Parent/Guardian Accounts: For managing minor athletes' accounts
4. Platform Description and Services
4.1 Platform Purpose
Scout Me Pro is a platform designed to connect young athletes with opportunities by allowing them to showcase their athletic abilities through video content to scouts, coaches, and sports organizations.
4.2 Services Provided
- Video upload and sharing capabilities
- Athletic profile creation and management
- Discovery and recommendation features
- Messaging and communication tools
- Analytics and performance insights
- Scout and recruiter discovery tools
4.3 No Guarantees
While we strive to connect athletes with opportunities, we do not guarantee:
- Any particular level of exposure or visibility
- Contact from scouts or recruiters
- Athletic scholarships, contracts, or opportunities
- Accuracy of information provided by other users
5. User Content
5.1 Definition
"User Content" includes all content you submit, upload, post, or transmit through the Platform, including but not limited to videos, photographs, text, comments, messages, profile information, and any other materials.
5.2 Ownership
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform and our business, including for promotional purposes.
5.3 Representations and Warranties
By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to post the content
- Your content does not violate any third party's rights
- Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
- Your content is accurate and not misleading
- For content featuring minors, you have obtained necessary parental consent
5.4 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse any User Content and expressly disclaim any liability related to User Content.
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
6.1 Prohibited Content
You may not post, upload, or transmit any content that:
- Contains nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive material
- Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
- Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Exploits, endangers, or is harmful to minors in any way
- Infringes intellectual property or other proprietary rights
- Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Promotes illegal activities or substances
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Constitutes spam, phishing, or unauthorized advertising
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
- Harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
- Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
- Scrape, harvest, or collect user information
- Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Platform in ways that could harm minors
- Solicit personal information from minors
- Engage in grooming or inappropriate contact with minors
6.3 Special Protections for Minors
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any content or conduct that exploits, endangers, or is inappropriate toward minors. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
7. Content Moderation and Enforcement
7.1 Moderation Rights
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to:
- Monitor, review, and screen User Content
- Remove or disable access to any User Content
- Investigate violations of these Terms
- Take appropriate action against violators
- Cooperate with law enforcement as required
7.2 Automated Moderation
We use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to screen content for policy violations. Content may be automatically flagged, restricted, or removed. Human review is available for appeals.
7.3 Reporting Violations
Users can report content or conduct that violates these Terms through in-app reporting tools or by contacting legal@scoutmepro.com. We will review reports and take appropriate action.
7.4 Enforcement Actions
Violations may result in:
- Warning notifications
- Content removal
- Temporary account restrictions
- Permanent account termination
- Legal action
- Reports to law enforcement
7.5 Appeals
Users may appeal moderation decisions by contacting legal@scoutmepro.com within 30 days. We will review appeals and respond within 14 business days.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Platform Ownership
The Platform, including its design, features, functionality, code, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Scout Me Pro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8.3 Trademarks
"Scout Me Pro," our logo, and other marks are trademarks of Scout Me Pro. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
8.4 DMCA and Copyright Claims
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. To report copyright infringement, contact our designated agent:

9. Subscriptions and Payments
9.1 Free and Premium Services
The Platform offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription.
9.2 Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
9.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
9.4 Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion for:
- Technical issues preventing service access
- Unauthorized charges
- Other circumstances we deem appropriate
EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services, subject to limitations if service use has begun.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
11.1 "As Is" Basis
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11.2 No Guarantee of Availability
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11.3 Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services accessed through the Platform.
11.4 User Interactions
We are not responsible for interactions between users, including communications, meetings, or transactions occurring through or as a result of the Platform. Exercise caution when interacting with other users, especially when minors are involved.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Limitation
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SCOUT ME PRO, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
12.2 Cap on Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
12.3 Jurisdictional Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scout Me Pro and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third party's rights
- Your violation of any applicable law
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at legal@scoutmepro.com.
14.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Platform
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Requests by law enforcement
- Discontinuation of the Platform
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Platform immediately ceases
- We may delete your account and User Content
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
- No refunds will be provided for prepaid fees
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@scoutmepro.com to attempt informal resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes within 60 days.
15.2 Arbitration (Non-EU/UK Users)
For users outside the EU/UK, any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Limassol, Cyprus, unless otherwise agreed.
15.3 Class Action Waiver (Non-EU/UK Users)
For users outside the EU/UK, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to bring claims as a class, collective, or representative action.
15.4 EU/UK Users
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you retain your right to bring claims in your local courts. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
15.5 Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or urgent protection of rights.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to the dispute resolution provisions above, the courts of Limassol, Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
16.3 Consumer Protection
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scout Me Pro regarding the Platform.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
17.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government action, or internet failures.
17.6 Notices
We may provide notices to you via email, in-app notification, or posting on the Platform. You may provide notices to us at legal@scoutmepro.com.
17.7 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights, except that parents/guardians are third-party beneficiaries of provisions relating to minors.
17.8 Language
These Terms are provided in English. Translations may be provided for convenience but the English version shall prevail in case of conflict.

20. Acknowledgment
BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE PLATFORM.
FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS: BY PROVIDING CONSENT FOR YOUR CHILD TO USE THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM ON BEHALF OF YOUR CHILD. YOU ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR CHILD'S USE OF THE PLATFORM AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS.
